The true distinction of this unique piece lies in its exquisite craftsmanship: the edges of the hand are embellished with a transparent enamel that creates a striking glass effect, lending depth and luminosity to the symbol.

Excellent craftsmanship: This piece required a 48-hour hot enameling process. Using high-quality Italian enamels, the piece underwent two separate firings in a 40-degree oven:

First night: firing of the cream-colored enamel
Second night: firing of the transparent glass-effect enamel

This slow firing technique guarantees a flawless, long-lasting, and brilliant finish.

you have received a defective item* (please inform us on the defect and ship the piece back within 14 days from its delivery following our return shipping instructions)

*Please note that we often use finishing which is featured in product images and cannot be considered a defect. Please specify your claim in your request, and only ship the item back if we agree that it is defective and should be replaced)

We will make a financial refund if we are unable to produce a replacement item.

For products that are in stock by the moment of your purchase, standard return terms are applied. The stock status of each product and size is specified in the product information.
You will receive a full refund, excluding shipping cost, after sending a purchased item back, provided that it is unworn, undamaged and all the labels and packaging are kept. If you wish to receive a different model, please specify that in your request and we'll produce a replacement for you after receiving a return.
